Stark lukt av fuktighet i alla rum. Hotellet ligger på av. tulum som är dåligt belyst. Gången till alla rum är full av gamla saker, möbler i dåligt skick. Själv skulle aldrig rekommendera hotellet. Det behövs fräscha upp. Bemötande var mycket trevligt. Jag och mina vänner fick ta i ett annat hotell som låg i närheten. Så vi bodde aldrig i hotellet.

If you value convenience over comfort its OK

Great location!, but that's about it, at the beginning I thought the place was abandoned, no sight of people and a tad dusty, knocked at the door and the bell boy comes in, even though I checked In at 16:00 there was no receptionist, so the "bell boy" checked us in (it was a bit frustrating since he did not have access to the computer and had no Idea about our reservation). The room was ok a twin bed (old and not so comfortable mattress and dirty linens at the back and a single broken bed at the front (didn't used it), but I did perceive the overall lack of maintenance (we had a window without a glass, leakages on the tap and shower) and very very old and damaged furniture (no place to hang or store stuff). Then the owner/manager...what a character!, a Chilean expat that was more into charging more money for the stay than to really manage the place or give useful tips, once she starts speaking It was very difficult to stop her nonsense, she was friendly but in an awkward and uncomfortable way (this is my own perception). Overall my stay was OK since I was out most of the day but nothing to write home about, at 220 USD for nights and that service I felt a little ripped off. If you mind convenience over comfort this is your place the hostel is within walking distance from downtown a 20 min ride to the beach and Archeological Site, has a 7-Elven just next to it, also the Shuttle Stop, I might add that I saw several people with problems with their onlinereservation

Terrible hotel, trato decepcionante.

Decepción total! Hotel sucio, maloliente, trato humillante... Llegamos a hacer el check-in, y a pesar de que la reserva estaba pagada, nos negaron que la hubieran recibido. Después reconocieron que sí, pero habíamos de pagar más. Alternativamente, nos ofrecieron ir a dormir a unas hamacas que tienen cerca de la playa. Cuando conseguimos la habitación (otros clientes no lo consiguieron), el sitio resultó ser horrible: los baños olían terriblemente mal, no había agua caliente. En fin, experiencia muy mala.

Horrible hotel.

This hotel was just not clean: stains on towels and sheets, bathroom tiles hadn't been cleaned in a while, if ever. The screens on the windows had holes. The pool outside is a joke (very small). The woman who owns the place was shameless about telling us she cares more about taking care of the garden than the rooms. She was constantly negotiating with people because they were unhappy as they checked in. The man at the reception was nice and helped us when the first room they had us in didn't have any water (they gave us another room), gave us other towels when I asked for some (hoping they would be cleaner, they were not) but the place in general was not welcoming and I refused to eat any food that came from this hotel.

Staff unfriendly and rude

Staff had No knowledge of the concept of Expedia and prepaying. Tried to give out room away after we wouldn't pay rate increase. Nasty, dirty, and unsafe. Do not stay here!

Dont ever go - Terrible Experience - Dirty room

Room was full of dust. Totally dirty, I asked for other room, that was horrible too. Bathroom is aweful, no hot water. No provision of shampoo or towel. Worst Experience in a hotel ever. So many things to complain. Please don't go.

Hotel abandonado y lugubre.

Solo pudimos soportar una noche de las tres contratadas. Al haber pagado todo antes de ingresar por Hpteles.com no pudimos solicitar reintegro alguno. Espero que este comentario sirva para que otros pasajeros no caigan en el error de contratar sus servicios. Poco control de Hoteles.com de la veracidad de las imagenes promocionales de lugar. Muy desactualizadas. Se ve que en algun momento ha sido mantenido, no es el caso de su situacion actual. Me gustria ser contactado por alguien responsable de Hoteles.com para ver la posibilidad de que me reintegren las dos noches no usadas o las tres noches aplicadas como descuento. Fue un fiasco total. No tuve manera de contactar a Hoteles.com hasta ahora ya que solo hay acceso via telefono y no contaba con el. Debieran tener un contacto via correo electronico deswde la app para plantear los problemas en el momento en que ocurren y no tener que esperar a haber hecho el check-out. Espero estos comentarios les sean de utilidad. He usado mucho la aplicacion de Hoteles.com, de acuerdo a como me resulte esta experiencia vere si continuo haciendo uso o busco otra aplicacion que me de mas respaldo y evite sorpresas. Llegar a un lugar, encontrarse con que nada es como uno pretende y no poder hacer nada (por lo avanzado del horario) es sentirse cautivo de una situacion que puede malograr unas vacaciones.
