“The name is Harlem B&B but no breakfast on offer. Really this is no more than a pension which at $US 150 per night ( booked months in advance) is over-priced. Room was basic but clean and a nice bathroom, but often no staff were evident in the building and service was non-existent.”

“I stayed for 1 week and my room was cleaned and I got clean towels only once, and that was only because i saw the cleaning staff and requested it. There was no front desk to make inquiries or requests. Whenever I checked the office was locked. The safe had no instructions on how to reset and no staff to assist.
It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But i felt the cost was too high for a hostel. It was very disappointing and i would not stay there again”
