“Our stay at Hotel Le Roy in Barbados was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel has potential, several issues with the room, including missing amenities, maintenance concerns and housekeeping standards, affected our overall experience. We raised these concerns with management, who eventually arranged a room change, but we felt more could have been done to address the problems promptly. The experience fell short of our expectations, particularly in terms of comfort and attention to detail.……

“Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive.”

“A lovely friendly hotel right on st Lawrence Gap. I cannot fault anything about the hotel. I was able to really relax and enjoy the lovely weather and scenery. The food was amazing. Everything we ate from, breakfast, lunch or dinner was enjoyable. The staff were always able to help with any questions and direct you in anyway they could. The great thing about the hotel was being able to swim in a pool till 9pm or swim in the sea which you step right onto. I would most definitely recommend this……

“Absolutely lovely stay. Upon arrival to your departure staff are truly kind and helpful. I asked about car rentals and the front desk shopped around for a few options to offer me to suit my needs. Shernada and Heather at the front desk were lovely. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped while the property grounds were well manicured. A lovely stay and would come back again.”

“This is advertised as an all inclusive but just note, there are specific times you access food. If you check in outside of these times, you will need to purchase food. I didn’t find the staff particularly helpful but there one one lady who stands out, very sweet. The others, not at all. One staff member was charging my husband 4US for a bottle of water when it was supposed to be a part of the package. I didn’t find the food particularly good either. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I booked The Sands Barbados expecting a 4-star experience, but based on my stay, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. Two days before arrival, I called to advise that I would be checking in early. I was told my room would not be ready but that I could use the restaurant and bar while waiting. On arrival, I was told I could not access the restaurant or facilities until officially……

“The room was clean & tidy. There was plenty of shampoos/conditioners/body lotions & soap. Bed was super comfortable & air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly, helpful & professional, they always were nicely dressed. Breakfast had good choices in the buffet, everything is labeled to find what you’re looking for. You can order eggs done how you like them but they don’t always mention that. Dinners (all inclusive) were very good, at least 3 choices for your main, chef’s soup/salad &……
