“So - the good stuff: The place was spotless. Every switch was labeled, super user friendly. The communications were perfect, off the charts. Made getting into the place easy, and they provided lots of bonus stuff - discounts on Grand Canyon ATVs and other stuff. The not so good stuff: The road into the property is dirt, and had rivulets running across it, making for a washboard effect. We had to drive over a mile doing 12 MPH, because anything faster was just too rough. And...that's it. Apart……

“Exactly as advertised, would totally stay there again for the same reasons we stayed this time. Not supposed to be a luxury resort, it is exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. All electronic checkin and only electronic communication. Zero complaints.”

“The location was perfect. Close the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. If going to Flagstaff take 64 to 180, beautiful drive. We loved having the kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was certainly comfortable and convenient.”

“The stay was awsome we got one of the suites on the other side of the hotel away from people. Plenty of things nearby, close to the park and other little parks or activities. The suites are tricky to find. don't go to the grocery store accross the street it's ridiculously expensive and they put the price tag sticker on the back so you don't know until you check out. ”

“While it was nice to stay out of Tusyan in our own space, the unit was dirty, and has not been maintained well. The walls had stains, there were cobwebs, the baseboards were dirty, the coffee cups were totally grimy and the coffee maker was dusty and greasy. ”

“We were anticipating a great stay at Cozy Home nr Grand Canyon South Rim Sleeps 4. We have booked many homes with Vrbo and have always been satisfied with the quality of the homes promoted by Vrbo. This is the first time I have to say that this is one place we should not have booked. From the beginning with payment processing issues to having a home booked for 4 adults only to find ONE chair TWO forks for four adults dining. When I notified the owner on our arrival that we needed more chairs I……

“This location is remote (check google maps) and the drive from the main road to the mobile home is scary at night as there are no lights. Basic amenities and no blankets for the second bed (couch infact). Felt very uncomfortable and barely stayed there for 15 mins. ”

“Where to start. Trying to get out to the site alone was a struggle. Thankfully there wasn’t an emergency where we needed to get to the main road quickly. The property had leaks all over. We even had water leaks on the mattresses we were supposed to sleep on. The propane heater didn’t work and the wood burning furnace was not nearly big enough to heat anything beyond sitting right in front of it. All of the heated blankets didn’t work. Forget about showering, 5 gallons of cold water was not……

“We didnt even stay we walked in to a tiny little room no kitchen to cook even though the pics showed a kitchen and living room we walked in and saw it and immediatelt got on expedia and found something different. Totally not what was pictured picsshowed a kitchen it was totally not ”
