「I booked my reservation in August 4, 2026 for April 24th-May 2, 2027. Hotel booked my reservation for April 24th-May 2, 2026. How do book a reservation for months that have already pasted? Do you know they actually charged my credit card. They make no sense and are refusing to refund me.」

「The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you.」

「The Buoy Haus is a beautiful place to relax. And also with full access at the Westin you get the best of both worlds. Tranquil and serene with great rooms, pools, bars and fun. Beautiful resort close enough to anything in a taxi. Only note…breakfast and lunch are great but skip the Isla restaurant upstairs and go to Oceana or SeaSalt for dunner. The only downside. The staff are super friendly and helpful!」

「The room was nice and clean, loved the property, they do use golf carts to pick you up from the room. loved how the beach was so close by. Had an electricity problem in the room which was resolved in about 20 minutes. Was reeled into a timeshare meeting but nothing we haven’t done already and it cane with some perks afterwards so if you have the time on vacation but can easily be skipped by telling them you are not interested」

「My friends and I (group of 4 women) stayed at this hotel for the long weekend back in May 2026 and unfortunately, our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We arrived a little earlier than the official 4:00 PM check-in time. We completely understand that early check-in is subject to room availability, and we were prepared to wait if our room was not ready. However, we were made to wait until exactly 4:00 PM to check in, while we watched other guests...

「Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.」
