「The hotel is very nice and the room/bed were quite comfortable. The meal service was great. The barman kept the beer cold and served with a a ready smile;-) Was there for work - so having the essentials listed above work was key. Would defintiely stay again.」

「It's an oasis in the middle of the chaos or Makerer-Kampala. Do not expect a luxury hotel but a good hotel where people try really hard to make you feel good! For those of you who needs really good wi-fi, think twice! 」

「Pretty low class hotel. Even for my "non high maintenance" standards. Sheets and towels were dingy, stuff on wall was broken. Access was difficult --location because of traffic was nightmare. Really need to think twice before heading here to see if you can afford something a little bit more expensive. The good news is/was the staff is very responsive and eager to please. My second reservation did not come through from Hotels.com so that could have happened smoother.」

「Confusion on arrival as confirmation had been received from another agency not hotel.com. So0rted out without difficulty.Staff very helpful.Room left much to be desired and eventually the bed bugs won and I was moved.」
