"The gym was ok, there were no free weights and it could use a good cleaning. There were no towels available and I don't think a staff member has been in there for a long time. The staff member at the front desk was not very personable. I booked the room in part because the hotel has a pool but when I arrived they told me it wasn't open. I wish I had known that beforehand, that information should be advertised. "

"Excellent home location in quiet residential area close to many main attractions. Wonderfully equipped home with comfortable furnishings, lovely fenced in yard for our dog, and added benefit of ample paper products, soaps, laundry products, etc. The owner is very responsive to all questions. "The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."

"Reception area very friendly and helpful. Room clean, lobby area clean, breakfast minimal but OK. Reason for only 4 stars -- room is described as having kitchen, it had a full size frig, microwave, dishwasher but NO COOKTOP/STOVE. I had to call down to front desk to find out that I had to sign out a hot plate with ONE small pan & you can ONLY use that pan! It should be advertised/described that way. Also, pillows are just awful, it was like not having one."
