“One of my favorite places to stay! A little drive from the Airport but close to a local general store in Makawao. The hibiscus room is a private room facing the mountain and is absolutely peaceful. Everything needed to cook is readily available and the restroom/shower facilities are clean and available inside the lodge. Plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy the property; including hot tub, ping-pong, Cornhole and fire pit. The owners and staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken……

“Needed a place to stay for one night in Maui. When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with beach chairs and towels available to take out to the beach front. ”

“The cottage was perfect for a couple. Kitchen was stocked with useful items to allow cooking and eating on site. Sydney was a great host and communicated with us through the tsunami scare in August 2025. She was even gracious enough to let us have additional family members over during the evacuation, as they were staying at a resort on the coast. The land is lovely, and the story of how she and her husband have rehabilitated it into what it is today is inspiring. Our only minor gripes were……

“This villa is beautiful and we highly recommend. Charlene and Celestine were exceptional hosts. Gave us tons of information on places to dine and things to do. The neighborhood is quiet, the property is actually a working farm. It was lovely for a quiet place to rest, but reasonably close to the airport. We all enjoyed staying there and would do it again.”
