“Cabin seemed very cozy at first until it got cold outside. It was a little drafty, especially upstairs. Glad we brought extra blankets! I did however find that we somehow turned off a switch in the laundry room to one of the baseboard heaters in the living room. Probably wouldn’t have been as cold had we known that. Our kids did not sleep upstairs due to it being cold and a little dusty. The location on the river was great and would have been very enjoyable in warmer weather. The kitchen……

“This cabin was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It is secluded and completely private. The hot tub was so nice with a nice view of the meadow. It snowed on our first night and made everything so beautiful. Everything was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We stopped for groceries on the way to the cabin so we had no reason to leave. My soon to be husband proposed to me as we brought in the new year making this trip even more perfect. The hosts are great……

“The house was exactly like the listing mentioned. I loved the clean and simple home with the wooden animal decor. The home and outdoor area have a lot to offer. We loved the pool table, railroad tracks and river. The spiral staircase was loved by the kids, the only challenge was when we brought our luggage up or down the steps (but it is manageable).
