"Staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the desk was unmanned when we arrived and another guest was in front of us. Location was incredible, walking distance to all things Niagara Falls. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Carpet was stained and made the room smell like wet dog and Cheetos. Phone was crusty (literally), and there was a sticky residue on the table by the television. Linens were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We slept very well."

"A nice enough hotel that is amazingly close to the airport and includes free airport shuttle. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the items in the fitness center were not super well maintained, but that’s my only Minor complaint."
