「We were not very impressed with this place. Our check in supposed to be at 4 and didn’t get room until 8:30 pm. Staff was very rude. Front desk lady was very mean. They didn’t give us any information regarding room service. Our room wasn’t clean so we had to call for room service. The place smell like smoke all day. The view was great from our room. We were able to see fireworks from 19th floor.」

「We vacationed and traveled for 11 days and stayed at 10 different hotels in upstate NY. This hotel was the BEST. It was spacious, very clean, with an excellent breakfast. The host was polite, professional, and a lot of fun to visit with. We found an excellent place to wrap up with our sightseeing adventure. You will not be disappointed!!」

「The property itself was well maintained, our room was very clean but the beds were HORRIBLE. We did not sleep well at all during our stay, the mattresses both had a dent in the middle like a bowl, poor quality for the prize that is charged per night I definitely would expect a mattress like this at a low budget hotel/motel but not a place like this. The bed frames were so squeaky even with tossing and turning it sounded like they were gonna fall apart. You could hear everything around you guess...
