"The staff were amazing and kind and very helpful! They recommended amazing food spots and helped check us in kindly. We got to the room and upon inspected it noticed it was quite dirty. The shower had dark stains and a dirty shower head. There were stains on the walls and ceiling as well as the love seat that was in the room."

"I was extremely nervous after seeing videos on how hotels had been cancelling reservations so that they could charge more during the BTS concert and to my relief the hotel did not do that to us. They were great and the stay was amazing. "
