I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 nights and one of the highlights of my stay was the incredible support from Elsa at the front desk. She was warm, professional and always had a solution ready. Whether it was helping me book a last minute tour to Ha Long Bay, calling a taxi, or giving me directions to local street food, Elsa made me feel completely at ease in a new city. The hotel itself is spotless and located just a few minutes walk from all the tip sights in the old quarter....

Room is nice

TM always show polite attitude any time, included welcome drink and snack when we check in, the room is clear. TM always show smile on duty, nice location for eat or shopping. nice

The staff were super friendly and caring. The cruise, even of 5 years old as the cruise member said, it was nicely maintained. Value for money.

Great value! Location, service and most importantly the rooms are clean. Our second time here and we will be back!
