“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious
The management is not up to a five star hotel standard.
Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“This was our third time returning to Felesia Gardens and again we had a brilliant stay. The standard of service is top quality and never fails to disappoint.
The hotel, rooms, pool are immaculately clean and you can see real care goes into providing the best service for their clients.
We had an 18 month old and never were short of space for sunbeds or room for him to roam. There was a large selection of exquisite food to choose from as usual which changes daily.
Again, a fantastic stay.……

“My daughter (aged 9) and I have just returned from a lovely week at Domes Lake Algarve and she is already asking when we can go back. The hotel is a great balance of big, but not too big. We were there mid-August (which I imagine will be one of the busiest weeks of the year) but always managed to find sunbeds when needed and the sand pool is a genius concept. My daughter also loved her sessions at KiEPOS (kids club) which gave me some time to relax and enjoy the spa. A great week all round. ”
