"Wonderful place and the main house is incredible. Do the ghost walk . Our bar didn’t work . We paid for one of the best rooms ; were told it was upgraded, then were told we were upgraded to a better room . In fact we had been put in an older room with less than what we were promised . This was confirmed by staff on numerous occasions even though the front desk denied it . Other than that the staff was helpful . It was sort of a pain getting the putters got mini golf . Overall I’d highly suggest this place . Just be on top of your game ."

Vacation Village At Williamsburg

"Overall, we had a great time in the Williamsburg area and at this resort. First, some areas for improvement: Upon arrival to our unit, we noticed one of the trees near the edge of the parking lot had branches hanging so low that they were blocking the two parking spaces on the edge. That said, they were quick to trim that tree once we notified them. When we arrived in our unit, we noticed that one of the bedroom doorknobs was loose, which they were also quick to address. The dishwasher was missing some wheels (they fixed very quickly), and the microwave was missing a leg (also fixed quickly). Throughout our stay, we noticed several small roaches in or near the kitchen area. The unit, however, was considerably clean overall. The only other thing I noticed was that although portions of the bathrooms and kitchen were updated, the showers, tubs, and toilets were still very old and dated. Other than the fact that the shower stall warped and popped depending on where I stood, the rest was just cosmetic. I wanted to list all those details because I think it’s only fair to potential future guests, but also to give due credit to the resort where they improved or did well. Staff was nothing but great the whole time. Thank you everyone!"

"We were there for the 4th of July. The staff was amazing. They had a special event for the 4th with free food and drinks for guests. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff in the restaurant were top notch. The only complaint we have is that my mom's room bathroom door wouldn't open all the way. While she doesn't need a fully accessible room, she does need to be able to roll into the bathroom to transfer"
