“@9:15 AM: Good coffee machine, working correctly. One side of toaster not working. No pastries. Pancake machine was unattended, instructions obscured, bag needed replacing, no help offered even though I was clearly trying to figure it out for 10 minutes or so. No plain oatmeal in vessel, quite disappointing, no sweetener-free options. No whole boiled eggs.”

“The hotel is definitely nice but little bit outdated. Still have some area to improve. Overall it was a nice place and clean too. Breakfast was great also. ”

“Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choices, convenient to shopping and restaurants. All good!”

“People that worked here friendly enough but loud music playing on into the night from Clayton's restaurant in lower floor of hotel and very near our room, dead bug floor of bathroom, mattress soiled one of the beds, bathroom very small and needed updating real bad”

“When I booked the room, it was introduced that can add one additional bed to the two beds room. However, after checking in, the front desk told me it cannot because this is two beds room. Wrong information!”

“bathroom had no hooks. had to go through 2 doors to go from toilet to sink. ”
