「Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.」

「Big room and good mattress only」

「The staff at The Rubens were wonderful, especially the doormen! We had the pleasure of meeting two lovely gentlemen during our stay, but Robert truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind to everyone who walked through the doors. His welcoming personality made every entrance and exit feel special. He truly is a gem and such an asset to the hotel!」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」
