I never heard back from you. There were nobody at the hotel. I was knocking on the windows, the door The people living next door were trying to help me. I was there for over an hour. There was a massage on my phone, it said vue massage. I pressed on vue massage and it would not open, the people how were helping me...

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....
