“We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. We do appreciate the effort, though moving luggage with the family was not ideal, and we were left wondering why the better room wasn’t assigned from the start. Breakfast was……

“My partner and I had such a lovely time here. I don’t even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned.……

“The best thing is the location. You can walk to the cute shopping and dining area of town in less than 5 minutes. The hotel itself needs some upgrades. Like a toilet that does run and warmer blankets. ”
