“If you’re looking to enjoy the beach, walking distance? Look no more! This is it! Nicely renovated and well appointed! The only thing that is confusing (which is detailed on the small letters of the property description) is that it's says it can accommodate up to 5 guests. In reality It can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, but the children has to be no older than 10. Not 5 adults, it will be very tight. Other than limited space, the location is just FANTASTIC and I’ll will go back, no……

“This condo is perfect for a long weekend or week away! I went to a concert and booked because of the location as I was traveling alone. Everything you need is within walking distance. The area feels very safe. The condo itself of very clean! It has everything you need if you want to stay in, or you can walk to anything if you want to venture out. “I brought my elderly mother down for a long weekend. It has been nearly 10 years since she has been to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo had all the amenities that we needed and the beach access was great. We mostly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the pelicans fly over the ocean.”

“Property is close to tons of restaurants and little cafes and bakeries. We had no one above us until the last night. You definitely can hear all noises walking around above you. But place was very clean, all amenities you need and more were there. The host was very nice and answers all your questions and is very accommodating. Highly recommend. Traffic and parking anywhere is a nightmare in the city so be prepared.”

“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or……
