“It's the perfect location for a visit to Snake Discovery. The house is great for a small family of 3 and kitchen was well stocked to make breakfast. I would choose this house any day over a hotel room. I did miss the email from the rental agency regarding check-in because I was expecting to see it come via VRBO and not the agency. “This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it just as much as the first. We rented both this cabin and the larger one next door—both were fantastic! The owners, who stay just a couple of cabins over, are incredibly kind and accommodating.The game room is a standout feature for us. It’s the perfect spot to hang out once it gets dark and the bugs come out, but you’re not quite ready to end the night. Our little ones had a blast on the lily pad, and there are a few other fun water toys……

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
