Waterfront South hotels in Camden

"Good afternoon, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at the Windsor Hotel. This was my second time visiting, but on this occasion I brought my daughters so they could enjoy the pool, especially since the weather was warm. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and I was neither informed in advance nor did I see any notice about it. Regarding the room, I noticed that the lamps were not properly arranged, there were no utensils in the kitchen, no wine glasses, and the shower was the worst I have ever experienced, as there was no water coming out. Additionally, there was no breakfast available, which was also disappointing. I was also charged $57, and I am not sure what this charge was for. I would appreciate your clarification on these matters. Thank you."

"My room had a strange smell and you can visibly see the rust in the tub, on the sink, on the mirror, etc. Very outdated from the colors to the furniture. Overall wouldn’t stay there again."

"Gave our room away because arrived later in the evening. Room construction on the floor, Marijuana smell in the elevator. Room was so cold when we arrived, it felt like the north pole. Parking charged me money but the parking gate wouldn't accept the code sent to me. Had to wait for someone to leave in front of the hotel and park there. I feel ripped off. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and come home on occasion. This is by far one of the worst stays and experience I've ever had. Terrible stay."

"This place was overpriced in so many ways. Not mentioned by Expedia - $44 a night to park in the hotel garage - same amount as anyone off the street, zero discounts for guests. The breakfast buffet- nothing special- was $19 a person. The hotel itself was overpriced for the condition. Outside of the lobby, pretty dark everywhere. Slow elevators. Walls on our hall were damaged (not holes, but bumps and scratches) and the room was meh. VERY loud - we faced the street and I checked the window to see if it was open, it’s like there was no sound screening. Front desk staff was very nice, but I just left totally annoyed after two nights. "
