「Saturday morning at 6 am the fire alarm went off. I had worked late the night before and had to go in early that day. When I asked the front desk what was happening, they said the power had gone out on the whole block. For some reason that couldn't be explained to me, the fire alarm was set to go off in a power outage. The fire alarm sounded for the next hour and a half, making it impossible to go back to sleep. Needless to say, I had a miserable day at work on about 4 hours of sleep.」

「Things were fine during my visit. Breakfasts were well planned - enjoyed the hot chocolate drink. The gal working the day I came was great. Went beyond what I expected- willing to help me get items out of car. Didn’t expect. Great employee!」

「The staff was nice and breakfast was good. They seemed to be having some sort of towel shortage. They ran out of both pool and regular towels one evening. My kid had to drip his way freezing thru the hotel then use hand towels to dry off after his shower. We asked for more the next morning & they still hadn’t arrived 9 hours later when we returned. Had to send son down to get them again. It was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise it was mostly good. Pool was small and over-crowded (25+ people) but...
