We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.”

“Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve……

“Ooof where do I begin?! We absolutely loved it here. From the moment we checked in with Michal, to becoming friendly with nearly every employee there. They knew my teenage daughters by name and were so much fun. My youngest daughter loved Joan!! And so did we. The shuttle service to the beach was awesome and the pizzas were delish. The pool was so pretty and we loved hanging around there at night. Deja at the front desk so how burnt I was, and found aloe leaves for me! The kindest people, the……

“I felt that I should have been compensated for the elevator being out of order for the week. I was using a cane so a challenge every day for the steps.”

“Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Our housekeeping lady was very friendly and always kept the room clean. The pool was nice and warm. The bar was a nice to have but the bar tender was always grumpy. The hotel was very nice and the beach was amazing.”
