“First visit to the island for business. Choose the property based on price and location. I was comfortable, had everything I needed. The beach access was easy, just across the street, and a 5-minute walk to the Marina.The private beach area was pristine, and my favorite part. ”

“Overall this property was great. We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies like mixing bowls and serving bowls. The grill was out of gas and we didn’t have a grill set to cook with so keep that in mind if you plan on a BBQ. Master suite upstairs is bright in the morning, maybe they will add blinds under the curtains in the near future. This is a great location with walking distance to a fabulous restaurant La Brista( I think). Very clean house and……

“The villa was relatively new and had excellent amenities. The weather was not stellar during our week in TCI and the partially covered outdoor space allowed us to still spend time outdoors in the evenings, eating or playing cards. The rooms and living areas were spacious and well-furnished, but the outdoor space was the star with ample seating, a pool and chairs and toys to take to the beach. The beach was a very short walk and felt very private. The hosts were easily reachable through VRBO……

“From the moment I booked this villa, the host was so attentive to how he could make our stay and trip as a whole beautiful, peaceful worry free experience. This house is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. It was very clean and good for a group stay. We had an amazing view and a front row spot to the beach! “We loved our time at the Oleander Villa. The room was small but all we really needed. Having a beautiful private pool area at our front steps was very nice and access to Smith Reef was super easy to get to. Daily maid service was handy and Lutz was most kind. We would love to come back again in the future.”

“Everything was perfect. We rented two jeeps as we were in the go golfing etc daily. Location is so close to Turtle cove that a car is not required if need to travel is limited. Staff was superb and responsive. Located 100 steps is so at the beach was as advertised, awesome. Accommodations were very nice, island blue colours prevail…30 minute beach walk to Somewhere cafe, 45 minutes to Bay Bistro by beach. Will be back! ”
