「The room is」

「　very good 」

「Great staff and ideal location」

「the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.」

「Breakfast was not the greatest but everything else was fantastic」

「The most unique thing about this property is the grossly inflated price of the rooms. Beds seem old, the pillows are awful and the AC did not work in our room 7017. It gets very warm due to west facing windows and the AC ran all night trying to cool it in mid October. Did I mention the grossly over pricing on the rooms?」

「I'm a cleaner, so I see things that people don't necessarily see on the surface, I felt like girls do a great job, I would suggest that they do maybe an inspection once a week or so or maybe even every couple weeks because I did spot a pretty obvious blood stain on the wall but other than that everything was really nice, I would say also maybe get behind the toilets but again I'm a cleaner professionally and I'm looking for things like that. Other than that, clean beds, they offer breakfast...
