「Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. Absolutely love all the animals around property. Coffee shop and staff there was wonderful. Charles was an awesome tour guide!!! Will definitely be back again!!!」
