“Loved the studio apartment vibe above the cafe. Had a great conversation with the chef who was smoking several varieties of meats in his gigantic kettle drum smoker (it filled a one car garage and the aroma was fantastic! Sampled a slice of butterscotch pie from the cafe (my favorite). It was spot on. Hard to choose from the 9 other choices that were available. One tip, please mention that we need to bring body wash for the shower. I'm bald and not a fan of using shampoo or hand soap.……

“Checking in is easy. Comfy space. It's small, but it's perfect for a short stay. You're in the county but close to Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. The country roads are lovely. Be sure to visit Pastafina (an Italian restaurant right around the corner) when you stay here!”

“We LOVED staying here. Was my husband, myself, and 12 yr old daughter there for volleyball tournament. Hotels were booked up from Eclipse and sports events happening and we lucked into this gem. Have no reason to ever book a hotel in Fayetteville again. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch and said it may have been as comfortable as her actual bed.. she was ready to move in. Would def book again everytime.”

“My friend who also has a Sigma Chi at U of A joined me to stay at this fantastic condo for a weekend celebrating time with our boys. We loved the location as we were able to walk to most of our events, and we loved how nice our accommodations were as well! It was a perfect place for us also because we each had our own room and bathroom. It would be nice if each unit had at least 2 parking spaces, but we figured that out by carpooling and parking one car off site. I would definitely recommend……
