“Ambience was just as shown in the pics. The kids loved it. The pool was great. Great location for the parks. Tons of Mr Coffee coffee filters left over from other guests. As many have said, no washcloths. No tissues. One tiny roll of paper towels. One hair dryer. Limited number of drinking glasses. Could use some bleach in the showers. Limited towels. Beds comfortable enough. No dresser or shelves in all but the ‘master’ bedroom (small bedside tables in every bedroom). I would stay again.”

“The best stay ever with family! Tina was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the reservation and up to our stay. Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. “We had a fantastic week at Disney staying at Windsor Hills. Having traveled from UK we didn’t want to bring kitchen things, sheets, towels etc and we didn’t have to, we had more than enough of everything. Washing machine and dryer were a life saver.”

The kids loved the games tables and the swimming pool and the adults loved the spa and the space everyone had. The resort is lovely and the location is perfect. “We took our son's family (3 boys ages 11, 9, 5) for a week's stay to visit the Disney parks and Universal. It is in an ideal location close to the Disney parks, grocery shopping & restaurants. The resort was great for everyone with a very nice pool area, bar/restaurant and game room. “Check in process was easy, communication before and whilst on holiday was outstanding. We had a few minor issues but were cleared up and dealt with quite promptly as there was a USA holiday whilst we were there and the property owner and manager both helped to solve the issue. Location is good on the 192, however we used to use Funie Steed Road, less traffic lights and not so busy at peak times. We would stay here again.”

“nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip”
