「The cultural classes and location made this location shine. It was wonderful to get to experience Hawaiian culture through the free classes. The location of the resort on the west side of the island and on the beach made for amazing sunset views every night. Loved that they had live music every evening at the brewery on site, but had a firm cutoff time of 10 pm so as not to disturb guests too late with the music. 「The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

「We absolutely love Napili shores! It is such an authentic Hawaiian vibe without the high rise feel. The grounds are stunning and the staff is absolutely fantastic. A big shout out to Dylan and Angel. Also to the nice housekeeping gentleman who brought an extra blanket for our bed. You can’t ask for a better location right on Napili Bay. We can’t wait to return in October! Mahalo!」
