“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. “I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherds Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home.
