“we only had one night but we have used this hotel before, easy check in very polite staff, nice room at front of hotel we had a meal in the bar which was very good and great service they stock a good range of drinks in the bar which we tried quite a few lol. loads of choice for breakfast. whats not to like we will return.”

“Absolutely stunning property, located in the heart of Pointiscale, Keswick. Easy to get around to points of interest by a local bus which is opposite the place and lots of places for local walks /hikes near derwentwater. Also close to Keswick centre (1.5 miles, or 25 mins walk). The hosts, Craig and Claire, were brilliant; friendly and charming. They have exemplary customer service skills and great knowledge of the local area. The hot breakfast was great and the touch of home made oat bars……
