「Everything is satisfactory, with the only downside being a persistent odor from all the drains. Since we are on the 6th floor, I believe this is a building-wide plumbing issue rather than an isolated problem.」

「Check-in was very easy, apartment was very clean (and I’m picky). The space had everything we needed and there was a lovely coffee shop and a grocery store nearby. My only complaint was that the dryers didn’t dry anything, we ran a quick load of laundry through on our one night stay and had to take damp clothing with us the following day. We would stay here again though. Easy to access attractions on foot as well.」

「Unique, stand-alone apartments/suites on a scenic site. Close to a beautiful but challenging hiking trail. A little cafe is within a few minutes walking distance, as is a hotel with a restaurant and bar. There are no beverages or snacks. Check-in is flawless if you read your email from 2 days before. (We were traveling and didn’t check.) No air conditioning, but open windows cooled the room. In the end, it might have been nice to stay another night or two.」

「Overall this apartment is good. If it has an oven is perfect because I prefer there have an oven for cooking. Eventually, I only had a microwave to make it. 」

「我們訂了B14，莫名其妙把我們改到分館，email也沒有提到被改地方，連結的gps還是本館，email給了我們一個access code,打開竟然是別人的房間，好心人幫我們打電話才知道我們被改地方，結果我們找了好久才找到分館，到了樓下還是不得其門而入，又再次聯絡才進去，我們訂的是一張雙人床跟一張單人床，說好聽幫我們升等，結果變成一張雙人床跟一張沙發床，提供免費早餐竟然只是一些玉米片，連洗髮精也是隨隨便便的幾瓶放在浴室，半夜吵得不能睡覺，杯子裡面也是髒的，這是有史以來最不愉快的住宿經驗，就是一場惡夢」

「The cabin was a remote base to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. The geothermal hot tub was a fun treat too. The hike to Eldborg Crater was a nice adventure with great views from the (steep) summit.」

「- no staff in the reception and lobby at all, but it is not an auto self-service hotel - did not receive any e-mails about how to do the self-check in and the password to enter the building - has a restaurant but no staff to cook - bed linen was dirty, stick with hairs and not comfortable - location is not good, very few restaurants and no supermarkets/convenient stores nearby」
