“The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and……

“We were all very happy with the accommodations of this property. Location was close to everything we had planned for the week, it was more than enough space for our crew of 8, all items needed to cook and clean during our stay were readily available, the grocery is directly across the street and there is a parking spot behind the property so you don’t have to find and walk from a street option. Overall everything was wonderful, the only odd issue we had was upon check in. The keys were not……

“I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend.”

“We have stayed at many VRBOs and rental homes over the years, and the Bella Villa is one of the best! John is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment is surrounded by the character of Little Italy and is convenient to public transit and all the offerings of the Chicago area. The unit itself is very well appointed and filled with lots of little extras that make it extra special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!”

“Pictures are exactly as reality. Very spacious 3bdrm priced fairly. Excellent location (not in the HEART of action but close enough)- walking distance to El, coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and boutiques. City parking. Would suggest to others looking for clean, basic yet not junky 3 bedroom! A note to owner: the ship is not needed on the mantle :) we moved as soon as we opened the door! Let that beautiful fireplace shine! Would”

“Visited Logan Square for our son’s wedding. VRBO location was great. Parking was not a problem. Unit was clean and well appointed. There were numerous restaurants and bars in the area as well as a Target within walking distance. We didn’t know it was a second floor unit and the stairs were fairly steep.”

“The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too!”

“This apartment fit our needs perfectly. The room sizes are generous and the kitchen is appropriately set up for short term stays. The Owner was responsive and extremely easy to work with. The apartment is located in a good area with very good access to major roads, shopping, services, etc.. We really enjoyed our stay”

“This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!”
