“Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!”

“Beautiful property and the rooms were very clean and spacious. It is not an all-inclusive resort but you get a daily credit for breakfast which covers most of your meal and the food was great. We had a great time here and the water was beautiful. Staff were friendly. I would stay again!”

“Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times.”

“Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.”

We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.”

“Great location, beach access with beach beds available. There's a café on sit, restaurant and a gift shop for last minute items if needed. The staff was amazing especially Michal B. I was able to text the hotel whenever I needed a taxi to and from. They answered promptly to my request. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.”

“We had a lovely stay near the most stunning turquoise ocean- but we wouldn’t repeat our trip To Turks and Caicos. We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10. The ocean was breath taking and enjoyed the daily swims and tropical fish swimming around our toes. But beyond the water- the island is……
