"The property was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and always aimed to please. The food was very good. The beach staff, towel boys were stingy when I asked for an additional towel. Food service was interesting in that every time I asked for an additional item, ie potatoes with my eggs, or blue cheese with my wings, it fell on deaf ears. The food would come and I’d make my request again and then have to wait 10-15 minutes for what I had originally asked for. In advance, you asked what additional needs I had for my room. I shared this with you and when I arrived, again, I had to ask again to receive it. Seems like special requests were mostly ignored. That should not happen in a hotel of this caliber and price."

"This place is rely paradise. We found that having our own pool made a for a very pleasant stay. The beach is beautiful, but sometimes, you can only take so much sand and sun and having a pool with shade available was a game changer! The house looked just like the pictures and the entire team made the stay seamless… from booking, to check-in to assistance with transportation. They even have a downloadable guide with all the local info when you book! Thanks for a memorable stay!"

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
