“The property need to be upgraded specially the carpet and the furniture, very old and uncomfortable.”

“I was very displeased with the property, especially since I've been stayed there before and it was really nice. However, this time was horrible. The condo was dirty. The bathrooms were filthy and both toilets were broken. The hot tub was broken prior to us, checking in to the condo. My guess was a party of seniors and we were allowed to use a hot tub.In another unit that was located a distance away from our condo. We were reimbursed some of our money but still not satisfied with the property and……

“The only confusion was that we checked in on a Sunday when the office was closed. We didn’t have any directions on how to check in so we didn’t have to call the after hours number. Once we were in the room; everything was wonderful.”

“The location of this house is perfect! You can step right onto the boardwalk from it and be able to see the beach from the porch. It was a good location for my 88 year old father to take short walks, look onto the ocean and watch people right off the porch. Besides the boardwalk stores, there was a convenience store a block up for beers, cases of water...etc. It was also great that our kids 12-17 were able to walk the boardwalk on their own without having to cross any streets.
