The bonito was a nice stay. They have 2 pools that are very well maintained and very clean. They accept all dogs regardless of breed or age or weight. I have a 75 pound pitbull that isn't dog or people friendly but we made it work and she was great for the whole week we stayed. I will definitely be staying there next year as well. And the people we had in the rooms next to us was great to which was a huge benefit. Overall this was a very nice hotel 1 block from the boards. I enjoyed it very much

The property was old but well kept there were things certainly needed to be improved but it was clean we did have a few ants on the floor only but only the 1st day and we didn't see them after that The staff was very pleasant very helpful gave us towels when we needed the debt wonderful people

The staff was helpful and the room was huge, complete with a kitchenette. We were able to bring our dog which was awesome. There's also a delicious Italian restaraunt right across the street, and the boardwalk is very close. The only negetives i would say sounds like a silly complaint but i have 2 teenage daughters and there is only 1 mirror in the entire room, we had a bedroom with 2 beds and a studio style livingroom w an additional bed and only 1 mirror (in the bathroom) just a taught, also no storage of you like to unpack on vacation there really isnt anywhere to put your clothes.

Checked into the “suite” and the separate bedroom had no working power. The tv is a Fire TV but the wifi could not handle it so it just buffered the entire time. Not hot water in the shower and water came out rusty. Ceiling in the shower was black. When I complained I was told I received a nice a room and everything worked fine.

THIS HOTEL DID NOT EXIST-HOTELS.COM HUNG UP ON ME

The hotel did not exist! It was a construction site. After a 4 hour drive to the hotel which did not exist. I had no where to stay. I spent 1 hour ad 7 minutes on the phone with a hotels.com supervisor who then became upset with me when I told him my phone was dying and he had to call me back. He said he could not call me back and if I hang up the phone on him that was "on me" To make matters worse, i tried to book another hotel, they were at full capacity and the hotel manager said several people had booked the same hotel I did and were also stranded. What is most upsetting is that a week before, I called hotels.com and spoke to asking him for a phone number for the hotel, hotels.com told me that the hotel only has email and that I should contact the hotel by email. I expect a call immediately from hotels.com's customer service.

The pros are this is a pet friendly motel we brought our small dog but we saw people with up to two large dogs. We were charged $90 for the dog during a three night stay. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk and beach and walking distance to restaurants. we were able to walk to a pet friendly restaurant called Stellas from there. The front desk person Nick very personable and friendly. Now the cons. The room itself is not thoroughly cleaned the cleaning person we didn’t observe using a mop they had a stick with a towel on the end to clean the floors. The floors were filthy when we checked in if you wiped the floor with a paper towel it was black with dirt. If you stay bring your own cleaning products and be prepared to clean yourself. Another con is a gentleman that works there who sits by the pool all day long he gives off bad vibes and just feels like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed but for the past ten years. He is watching you like a hawk the whole time by the pool area he yelled and screamed at a guest because he was tipsy by the pool which is not a crime. It is just very unsettling to enjoy your time on vacation and have someone on top of you like that. The motel staff yes should have everything in order make sure people are safe but there is a way to do that without being a nuisance to guests. He needs a class in hospitality.

We had a nice stay here. Room 319 The oversized room has a full kitchenette. We were lucky to get a room away from the pool area There are 2 pools side by side. They blast music out over the pool from 10 am until 8pm. Imagine spring break party loud all day. Our room was much more quiet. The location is just a block from Moreys piers and is a sister property to Binns where the office is. My issue was that birds were living in our air-conditioner unit and chirped and fluttered it took me a while to figure out what the noise was even when the unit was off. When I pounded on it bird mites came out all over the top of the unit and window sill. I reported this but no one did anything while we were there. There was a thunderstorm and a unit a few doors down flooded but we stayed dry. All in all the spacious room was fine for our needs, location is great, and parking is free. Price was fair.

This hotel booking was a nightmare from the start. The management didn't like the rate I paid on hotels.com and decided to change the rate before my arrival and subsequently tried to charge me for the balance. Upon arrival the room was disgusting and it didn't have the arrangements that I had paid for, the shower broke upon the first use. 2 days to fix. Room service was atrocious. I woke up the second morning at 8:30 a.m. to find my truck in the hotel parking lot being showered with construction debris from the roof and second floor with absolutely no notice. The management and staff were completely inept and had zero compassion or concern for my families discomfort. The hotel has a zero refund or exchange policy that they reminded of multiple times. Do not stay here.
