" I review the hotel upon every visit hoping that the owner will invest and renovate this property. It is a great location and he community is growing. The furnishings are at least 20 years old! There aren't charging stations or options for entertainment on the TV. I couldn't stream the channels that I have because the TV setup is so old. The breakfast is blah now, not very many options, and the service- simple things like making the bed is unheard of. The manager gives a lot of double speak when you ask about services. Most hotels have a clear signage to let you know what to expect with service. I had to ask and still did not get a clear answer. Parking is good. The area is growing and I would think that the owner would want to be known as a premier hotel there. We use it for the convenience, Summerville is too long of a drive to take for a better hotel. Moncks Corner as few options. We are willing to pay more for a much better experience. "

"The hotel was very noisy. You can hear every vehicle that passes and movements and conversations of every guest. There was no access to wifi. Had to go to a coffee shop not close to the hotel to get online. Staff was aware of the wifi issue but did nothing to get it resolved. Limited hot water. If you didn’t shower at night, you got a lukewarm shower in the morning."
