“We stayed here this weekend and it was a great place to stay to visit family in the area. It’s a newer building as of 2026 and looks like more places will be built in this area. It was a quick walk to Jimmy John’s to get something quick to eat. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for 3-4 people. There’s a full furnished bedroom upstairs and a room for a pull out bed downstairs as well as 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. I liked that there was a code to get into the building and a code……

“The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!”

“This is a hidden gem. We just got back from a stay at Dark Horse in Franklin, and it was honestly the best stay we have ever had. Beautiful, spotless, and genuinely unique, you are literally staying in a working recording studio, but it still feels calm, comfortable, and relaxing... a one-of-a-kind mansion. If you want to experience Music City from the inside while being a short drive from Nashville, this is a must. We would book it again without thinking.”
