「The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. 」

「This place was charming. The decor was beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. Drinks and snacks were left in the room for us. There was a Red Rock Pass provided for us to get into some of the parking lots. There were robes in the closet and plenty of towels. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! 「The place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had was the shower leaked causing water to flow behind and around the toilet. We had to use towels to clean it up after each shower. Management was notified. It would have been nice to have a weeks worth of towels and washcloths available since we did rent it for the week, I ended up purchasing some washcloths to use during my stay. 」

「The check in process included a sales pitch for time shares to get your parking pass. That was annoying. The cottages are manufactured units about 14x40 feet. Each one has a deck and parking in front, which was nice. Having a living room was nice, as well as a full sized refrigerator. The trade off is a small bedroom that makes it hard to walk around the bed. You have about 18 inches to walk around the bed. There aren't any black out drapes, and the half size round windows dont have any...

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
