“Oh my… where do I even begin?!Donna is truly one of the most lovely hosts you could ever ask for. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and heart she puts into creating an amazing experience. The cottage was immaculately clean and as pet owners, we were blown away by how thoughtfully she caters to pets while still keeping everything pristine. That is NOT easy to do, and she absolutely nailed it.One of my favorite things was the wraparound porch completely gated, so you can relax……

“Everything was exactly as described. This isn’t for you if you want to be able to walk out the door and right onto broadway but if you want somewhere more chill and quiet but still minutes away from everything this is for you! We loved it! A few minutes to downtown but when it became too crowded for us we got to go back here and relax and enjoy some down time! The fenced in back yard is a huge plus! We definitely would book again! Host is great with communication! We had zero issues and……

“We really can't rate the Cosy Cottage highly enough. Great little place with absolutely everything you need for your stay - snacks, water and coffee pods a great bonus. Very comfortable beds Quiet location, 10 minute drive from downtown Excellent communication from booking to checking out”

“Beth is a wonderful Host. Excellent communication, very accommodating, friendly, kind and caring. The Caretaker Cottage was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets, lightning bug shows, and the beef cattle grazing next to the cottage. The birds chirping are such a delight. It's comforting that the cottage is pet friendly ”

“Very clean and comfortable. Host was amazing and very easy to communicate with. She went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The house and the property were beautiful and relaxing. The game shed was a big hit also.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage was very roomy and stocked with basically everything we needed. The pool was lovely. The property was huge and we went on walks around the fields. I was a bit worried about being at someone else's actual house, but we really only saw Gene a couple time while he was out doing yard/pool work. We met Judy briefly. They were super friendly and helpful, but we felt like we had all the privacy we needed. Big bonus is the screened-in porch on the back of the……

“This loft is located in a very upscale quiet community. The loft was very clean and fully stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings after a long day out in Nashville. There are plenty of food choices in the area from top shelf to tiny home cooked diners. I would highly recommend this little gem for some quiet time away. ”

“Great place so close to everything we went to do.”

“Check in was simple and easy. Host was very welcoming, showed us the property. Cottage was very clean and cozy! Location was great. We visited Brugass Falls & Cummins Falls, both just a short drive away. Delmonaco Winery is also a must see. Would consider staying again in the cottage.”
