“Great location for the airport. The team were really friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable with a massive bed! The menu choice was excellent. It ticked all the boxes. I’ll definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Namibia ”

“A hotel that struggles to be boutique and luxury and ends up feeling more like an upmarket airport layover. Not helped by booking 11 of 15 rooms out to a tour party. A take over where the pool lobby and restaurant were set up for them. Operations manager who was new to the job did offer a table for dinner in the reception lobby but not really where we wanted dinner. Waited 45 minutes next morning for coffee and eventually some croissants- then had to leave. Senior management who we were informed……
