「We had a great time and felt very comfortable in this home that had everything we needed and more. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and visiting the river just a short walk away.」

「We had a wonderful time here. The house is very big and worked perfectly for our group golf trip. Host is great! Propane ran out for the grill and she brought a new tank over very quickly which was above and beyond!」

「We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to celebrate my niece’s 29th birthday, and the house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. Towels weren’t placed in the bathrooms or bedrooms—we had to search the basement laundry room to find them. There also seemed to be no pest control done at all, as we encountered...

「You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy....

「Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 young people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat, and the pier worked great to tie up the boat. The property was well furnished inside and out for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the water with the boat either swimming, tubing or simply cruising to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.」

「This house was immaculate . Very nice renovated home . Had a lot of space for everyone indoor and outdoors. Enjoyed using the gas fireplace outside and spacious deck area with furniture. Kids enjoyed the games that were available downstairs . Great communication with our hosts we had a fantastic time .」
