“I love to go sightseeing with my family members and I have stayed in countless hotels. I do not use to write negative feedback but my experience with this hotel is the worst among all, making me to feel that I have to write something. First of all, the receiptionist was impolite and even rude. I was told that there was a charge for the carpark. When I tried to ask the fee for parking, I could not understand why I gave the impression to the receptionist that I did not want to pay the fee. She……

“Beautiful hotel, clean and quiet considering it’s next to a train station. Food was superb, dinner was delicious despite the price and plenty of choice for breakfast. The only criticism I have would be the staff who were very polite and professional when spoken to however could have been more attentive. Had to ask for the bill 3 times after dinner and on check in at reception no information was given about hotel facilities, check out time, breakfast times etc. Great location can get train into……

“I stayed in the hotel for one night only but the environment, cleanliness were perfect. We also signed up for the breakfast deal which was so tasteful in such reasonable price. It is a convenience location to access any spot of Cambridge. ”

“Check-in isn't user-friendly. You have no idea how to check-in if you don't check the email. The door lock isn't stable. Sometimes you need to try several times to get in. The light of shared bathroom just turns off even if you are taking shower inside.”

“下層的共享洗手間門很難開，水的流量小而且要不停地push才能有水下，所以很不方便，水溫很難調整，有時很熱有時很冷”

“The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude. That is the only criticism I would have. ”

“I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!”
