「We had a little difficulty locating the building because the address I received was the actual apartment, not the building number (and the two numbers didn't correspond to each other in any way). Once I was able to tap around and find more information in the Landing app, we realized where we needed to be. I also had issues with the electronic door lock which wasn't very intuitive. 「The apartment was very new. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed to get settled in immediately. The communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. The unit was located on the third floor with no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. The gym and common areas were well equipped. Parking was abundant. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the outside hallways and stairwells. I passed the same trash each day for the duration of my stay. The...

「Great little spot and yard space for a quick little getaway! Not too far to walk to the beach or restaurants. Quiet and it’s very clean! Definitely recommend to others! 」

The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen.
