「Perfect location, right next to West Lake and in77 shopping. Great room. Highly recommended!」

「我覺得整體的體驗10分好，特別是職員的服務態度，不是一位、兩位，是整體的職員培訓得10分好，細節上我亦10分欣賞」

「好」

「Clean and spacious room for a family of 3; polite staff; nice breakfast with a variety of food; a bit far from the metro station but manageable distance; would be great if some staff can be stationed at the reception desk on night shift so that guests checking in and out during midnight can be served without waking up the staff who were asleep 」

「In general, staffs are lack of training, some of staffs are even rude to customers. Never experienced anything like this with anywhere with sofitel. I don't normally write any reviews. However my experience in this China trip with sofitel is really bad」

「Our recent stay was an absolute highlight of our trip. Arriving on an extremely early flight after a demanding work week, we were exhausted—but the front desk staff, especially Demi, greeted us with incredible warmth, patience, and genuine empathy. Demi’s professional care and thoughtful attentiveness made a world of difference to our journey, allowing us to rest, refresh, and stay completely on schedule for our evening plans. The hotel itself is immaculate, incredibly quiet, clean and...

「Clean and efficient!」

「I stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding in Hangzhou. The hotel is lavishly decorated, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out—thank you so much! The hotel offers great value for money, and the front desk staff also treated me to a complimentary breakfast. Thank you!」

「Room is clean and new」

「Very new, clean Hyatt at Hangzhou airport. Extremely convenient and room is nice.」

「It’s a wonderful place for relaxation, hiking, jogging and biking. The whole area is surrounded by beautiful lakes and small mountains. This resort hotel has friendly staffs, specious rooms and comfortable clean beds with the view. There is a mini art museum in downstairs. There are several different types of restaurants, swimming pools and gyms in the building. The morning buffet breakfast is a plus! Overall we are very happy with our stay. Will stay in this place again if we visit the area in...
