“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It is everything advertised: clean, comfortable bed, hot water and good water pressure! The hot tub is a plus after a day of golf or hiking in the mountains. My husband enjoyed the the Grassy Creek Golf course - only about 30 minutes down the mountain. While the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close, much of it is still closed due to Hurricane Helene so we were unable to access many of the suggested sights. However, we found Pisgah National Forest……

“My husband, two daughters, and dog stayed here for three nights. It was a rainy weekend, but that gave us the excuse to enjoy the house more. We played games, watched movies, read books, and slept and ate well. The house is very comfortable, with lots of room to spread out, and very quiet. “The road to the cabin had been washed out so we could not get to it. The host offered to let us stay at another cabin they had which was unrented. We just paid more for cleaning and stayed there. The cabin was well supplied with everything you need. We loved it and really enjoyed staying there. We hope to stay there again sometime in the future.”

They are from the low country coast so they like going to the mountains for the cooler weather and low humidity. The location and layout of this house was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The location is private, the views are spectacular but it is convenient to stores and shopping. We plan on booking again for next year’s vacation.”
