“There was so much walking. It was like a maze at the resort.!! also booked our trip on Expedia did not get the room that we were told we were gonna get with the continental breakfast. There was no continental breakfast however they did put us in a different room but we lost half a day.!”

“What a perfect stay! From the moment we arrived the front desk was friendly and helpful. She patiently explained all the amenities and options. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The grounds were well kept. And the town was charming, we will be coming back and I highly recommend!”

“The Lodge is still under renovations. Our room was missing things like a headboard and bedside tables. The water pressure was weak. The amenities were nice for a family stay. It might be great once it’s all done. I wish we knew before booking.”

“Beautiful room with very pretty lake views. Clean, cozy and in the nature. Heated outdoor pool, kayaking and paddle boating included in your stay as well as 2 vouchers of $10 each for breakfast. We loved it! And we are planning on going back! Thank you”

“The place was really pretty, but they never mentioned that you can’t have more than two vehicles. If not, they make you park on the street which if you have a smaller vehicle or lower to the ground is nearly impossible. We had to ask the staff five or six times to explain what they meant by park on the street before they gave us a legitimate area, room was very nice but an excessive amount of rules had to ask the staff because of event where to park because there were no spots left from leaving……

“Room smelled awful and had items left from previous guest. My daughter and I turned right back around and went to front desk. They offered another room, but my daughter and I left as we were not pleased with overall cleanliness”

“The location was great, but its under renovation and we were the only ones. The water have a smell and it looks yellow, so we couldn't use the hot tub. The only thing available for us was the room.”

“Needs to be shut down. Staff appear to be trying to make it work and were helpful. It is an embarrassment to the downtown of a very charming town of Delavan. We would not recommend it to our family and friends…”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”
