"Check in的時候被升等到靠近河岸邊的房間，黃金寬敞舒適，帶著四歲的孩子空間很夠，服務人員親切有禮。 對面就是一個商場，走路2分鐘就到河岸，幾乎一出飯店就到地鐵站，都有屋簷不用淋雨。 唯一的意外是，第二天的晚上較晚洗澡，沒有熱水，僅有微溫的常溫水，隔天回報給櫃檯，除了親切的道歉與說明原因之外，下午就收到飯店人員親自送上道歉函與水果，真的是一家非常注重客戶感受的飯店。非常有水準，值得極力推薦的一家飯店！"

"The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to Vivo City, which was a plus. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. On the second night, water leakage occurred near the window, creating puddles that soaked into our luggage and clothes. We asked the housekeeper to mop the floor, but the damage was already done. On the morning of our checkout (the 5th day), the puddles appeared again. We reported this to the hotel reception, but no remediation or compensation was offered. In addition, the reading light in our room did not work. When I called the operator, instead of arranging for repair the next day, I was told to report it the next morning. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room conditions and service did not meet expectations. Water leakage damaging personal belongings and the lack of proper maintenance or customer care are serious concerns. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and improves both their facilities and their service standards."
