“Easy check in, clean property, spacious and comfortable.”

“Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few disappointments. The biggest was that the unit we received did not match the photos in the listing. I understand units can vary, but ours looked quite different. I also wish guests could see which unit they’re booking or at least its location, as we would have preferred to be closer to the pool.The amenities were also a little misleading. The listing shows large waterslides, but it doesn’t clearly state that those slides are at Water Country USA,……

“This property was older and well built, very clean, quiet, covenant to shopping, dinners and Bush Gardens. The only issue my husband and I had with the unit was the thermostat clearly didn’t work at all. We made the best of our situation. It was warm at times very warm, we tried turning the temperature down; that didn’t work and the cool tab didn’t work. So we just opened the window. But overall it was a good stay. ”

“"We had a wonderful time during our stay! The week we visited was incredibly hot, and the indoor pool was a perfect place to cool off. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a family stay, and the air conditioning made the heat much more bearable. Thomas was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process, helping us secure the unit with ease—even on short notice. Highly recommend!"”

“The property was very accommodating and exactly as described. The larger side was cleaned immaculately. The beds could've been a little firmer. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay.”

“Room was not as advertised suppose to have one king bed. Other bedroom was suppose to have 2 twin beds one sleep sofa. That room had a queen bed. Sleep sofa down stairs. With young children that wasn't going to work. Had to go out and buy a air mattress. Unit was nice but service was poor with below grade bathroom tissue and paper towels. ”
